What does a Virtual Assistant do?

What about confidentiality?
I guarantee 100% confidentiality with any details you provide me with. Documents will be deleted on my end once they have been sent to you.
I will also sign a confidentiality agreement if this is required.

How do I pay?
An invoice will be sent to you and payment will be taken via bank transfer.

What if I ask you to do something that you don’t know how to do?
I am an exceptionally fast learner who will research and learn how to do the task required. If there is a task that I am unable to assist you with, I can refer you to another Virtual Assistant who may specialise in the specific task you need support with.

How do I send you work?
Please email all work requests to reignvirtualpa@gmail.com
This will enable me to efficiently schedule the work. I am set up on Google Drive so we can share requests and completed tasks here. If you have an alternative preference, please do let me know.

What hours do you work?
I work standard office hours, Monday – Friday.
